Refund policy

I offer a 14-day return policy for items that do not meet your expectations, are damaged, or have print quality issues. This means you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. I offer free return shipping for items that have print quality issues. More details below.

If you changed your mind after placing your order, you can cancel and receive a full refund before your item enters production, usually within a couple of hours. Once in production with my printing supplier, I can no longer guarantee a cancellation. More details below.

 

Order cancellations

  • Before production: You may cancel your order for a full refund any time before it enters the printing process. Once I've received your cancellation request, I'll process your refund promptly.
  • During/after production: Once your item has entered production, I cannot cancel the order. While I gladly offer returns or refunds for defective items, I can't refund you if you no longer want the items.


Returns policy

I take great pride in our print quality and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your poster, here's how I can help:

You can return your product if:

  1. It arrives damaged: If your product arrives with any physical damage, please take a photo of the damage and contact me within 14 days of delivery. I'll arrange a replacement or refund.
  2. Has print quality issues: If the print quality doesn't meet the standards shown on this website, please take a clear photo of the issue and contact me within 14 days of delivery. I'll assess the situation and provide a solution.

Please note:

  • All returns must include the original packaging and be in the same condition as when delivered (except for the defect being reported).
  • I don't accept returns for change of mind or if you've simply decided you no longer like the design, as each piece is custom-made to your specifications.
  • If returning a damaged item, please keep all packaging materials as they may be needed for inspection.


How to Request a Return

If you need to return your item, please send me an email to feedback@timepiece.design with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

I'll get back to you within 2 working days with next steps. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

I will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If you requested a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
