Shipping policy

I'm happy to ship wall calendars and posters to most addresses worldwide. Through my global fulfilment network partner, I can ensure your order can be delivered to virtually any address internationally. However, due to sizing limitations with certain addresses, exceptions apply. If a delivery partner in your country can't ship my largest framed items, you will see a notification during checkout.

Desktop calendars (Circus and Griddle) can currently only be shipped to the UK, the US and Canada.

 

Prices

I offer honest shipping prices that are dynamically adjusted based on your location and the type of your order. My shipping costs are transparent, displayed separately from product prices to give you confidence you're not paying more than you need to. Shipping prices vary by destination and package size.

The Standard delivery method offers a good balance between cost, speed and convenience. It may include tracking depending on the destination. Your specific shipping options and costs will be displayed during checkout based on your location and chosen products.

I offer a 14-day return policy for items that do not meet your expectations, are damaged, or have print quality issues. This means you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. I offer free return shipping for items that have print quality issues. More details on our Return and refund policy page.

 

Processing and delivery times

  • Prints from the Planners and Graphic calendars collections are dispatched promptly, within 3 days after you place your order, with framed prints sometimes taking up to 5 working days.
  • Pieces from the Personalised posters collection are made just for you, and so they need extra time to make (see Personalisation below).
  • Circus and Griddle are crafted products which are made in small batches and normally ship within 3 days of your order.

Delivery times stated during checkout include processing and shipping times, but exclude personalisation times. Here's a rough overview of expected shipping times:

Personalisation times

Personalised posters collection products are customised and take an extra 5 working days to make, on top of the normal processing time. Here's how it works:

  • 5 extra working days on top of the normal processing time for personalisation
  • I'll send you a preview to approve
  • Once you approve it, I'll ship within the typical processing timeframe outlined above

 

Tracking information

Tracking availability depends on your delivery location. When your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information when available.

 

Shipping multiple items

When ordering multiple posters, shipping costs may be combined. Many of my rolled prints have a flat shipping rate regardless of quantity ordered.

 

P.O. box delivery

I can deliver to most P.O. Box addresses, with these exceptions:

  • Express courier services (FedEx, UPS, DPD) cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes
  • Larger items like framed prints and canvas prints may be too large for P.O. Boxes

 

Address changes

If you need to change your shipping address:

  • Contact me as soon as possible through the contact form
  • Address changes can only be accommodated if your order hasn't been dispatched

 

Delivery issues

Several factors can affect delivery times, including:

  • Incorrect address information
  • Customs processing for international shipments
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Weather events or postal disruptions

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us through the contact form. For orders not received within 30 days, we're happy to send a replacement (unless the delay is due to an incorrect address).

 

Damaged or incorrect items

If your product arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item:

  1. Take clear photos of the issue
  2. Contact me with your order number and a description of the problem
  3. I'll promptly arrange for a replacement or refund

 

Environmentally responsible shipping

Your order is automatically routed to the fulfilment centre nearest to your delivery address, which means:

  • Shorter shipping distances
  • Faster delivery times
  • Reduced environmental impact
